The Bedlinen are of poor quality, specia;y the Bed Cover smell awful and Needed either through dry cleaning, free of smells or replacement.

Well presented place, with a good view and fantastic ambiance.

Stayed 4 nights. And would have been great if it was cleaned once in this time. Shower hot water was limited.

We liked the look and the atmosphere of the appartment. The kitchen is sufficiently installed and we could easily cook for 4 persons with what was available. The appartment was very clean and tidy, the bathroom is small but it has a good shower and we got nice towels and soap tu use.

There were some small reparations that need to be fixed, which we reported at the office. We are convinced that it has no negative impact on your stay in Barcelona.

Spacious and comfortable, styled nicely and was clean, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

Lots of things broken such as top dishwasher rack that was extremely hard to open and close and would fall apart, handle on bedroom door would fall off in your hands (broken both sides), shower head would slide down the vertical rail and not stay up at times, hot water not hot - mildly warm, not enough dishwashing and washing machine tablets, drawer in bedroom was falling apart, street was scary at night - dark, graffiti everywhere, public garbage bins outside your window, not a nice outlook

It was more equipped then I thought - olive oil and salt in the kitchen & shampoo, conditioner and body shower in the 2 showers that we had - which saved us from using our budget on these. We visited in mid-December and the heater did a great job to warm up the rooms. The place was just perfect and I would like to stay again if I have a chance to visit again.

The room was perfect!

The location is terrific - an easy walk to the Gothic Quarter, local restaurants and transport to the airport. Very comfortable with AC and plenty of space.

The kitchen could be slightly better equipped and the hot water system is not really adequate for 4 people showering.

The location of the apartment was Excellent. Close to Plaza Espania, resturants, bars, etc.

The apartment was dirty, showers didn't work well and were very small. Furniture is broken down. The whole unit could use a fresh coat of paint and a thorough cleaning. The pictures make it seem bigger than it is, we were 4 people and thought it was a bit cramped. The patio was dirty and musty with several chairs that had broken seats. Overall for the money, we have stayed in much better in the same area.
